AccomFurnishedRentals provides commercial property management tools, lease compliance verification, and corporate move coordination. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable provincial commercial tenancies legislation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes regarding lease negotiations or property valuations.
You must provide accurate information for all lease and relocation records. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Unauthorized access or use of the platform for purposes outside commercial property management is prohibited.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from lease administration or relocation logistics. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately if you violate these terms or applicable legislation. Upon termination, you must export your data within 14 days; we will delete remaining records after that period.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in provincial regulations or platform features. Material changes will be communicated via email to the registered account holder. Continued use after 30 days of notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
